I got an email from a recruiter the next day after applying to set up a team video interview. The following day I was invited for an in-person interview. The whole process took about 2 weeks. The interview was easy and the questions were basic generic and redundant. I thought I had the job because of my experience and education, especially for a basic entry-level position anyone could do. A few days later I was sent 3 questions I needed to answer and send back. After that, I was ghosted and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional behavior.
