First, I did the one way online interview process, then was selected to do two way. Pretty straightforward questions like tell me about yourself and tell me about yourself.... Very friendly staff. I had a great time chatting with them
One way video interview followed by an online interview over Teams with HR, more behavioural questions than technical ones, e.g. tell us about best/worst team experience, what is a difficult problem you have solved, etc
Heard back very quickly
Candidates complete a one-way SparkHire interview, with unlimited preparation time and multiple recording attempts per question, allowing thoughtful responses without live interaction or scheduling constraints during the application screening stage.

The interview process was relatively straightforward. At the time, there was an asynchronous online interview portion for which I was contacted for an interview call, which was conducted online due to COVID-19.
