Easy to follow, 2 stage process. First section is a video recording of yourself and the second is a formal interview. Questions are fairly easy and the process is very fast.
Candidates complete a one-way SparkHire interview, with unlimited preparation time and multiple recording attempts per question, allowing thoughtful responses without live interaction or scheduling constraints during the application screening stage.
