very simple and recruiter stays on top of it throughout the process. i was a bit weary since an it's an insurance company and i was scared it wouldn't be fast paced, but the group interview cleared up my worries. it was actually all behavioral, and for technical they asked you to describe a technical project. so there's no real coding portion.

easier than average and pretty chill, two rounds of interviews without any coding assessments. all the questions are behavioral. the second round interview is a group interview with several other interviewees.
