The whole interview process was very good, the only issue I had was the wait time between interview and offer. By the time I was offered the position I had accepted a better offer from another company

Design patterns, practical question drawn out on board, simple problems
Spoke to HR by phone for general job intro. Seemed to go OK and was told would be contacted again. Proper interview scheduled which they cancelled twice - apparently they were dealing with 'HR disciplinary issue' both times. Didn't bother afterwards

Nice managers , some of the engineers i talked to not so much.
Straight forward enough interview , and the process was quick . The wages arent great and no profit sharing or RSU .

Entretien
First step was a tech test using devskiller. Second step was a joint culture/technical interview which involved being interviewed by two people for the culture interview on questions regarding competencies and then a further two people for the technical interview which involved solving various challenges by live coding in Java.
