Approximately 30 situational questions on online test, virtual interview with a member of HR (use STAR method to answer questions), informal chat with store manager to talk more about yourself so that they can see whether you’d be a good fit in their team.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer, and how did you deal with the situation?
Area manager is rude, process is longer than it needs to be. Working in a bookies is not rocket science yet they treat it as though it is. Wouldn't recommend.

Interview through Zoom . Relaxed and informative . Time flew , I didn't realise the time spent on the interview . I got good feedback and offer within an hour of finishing .
