The on-site interview consisted of 4 parts: 30 min with upper management, 30 min with junior management, 30 presentation by interviewee, final talk about pay with HR. Advice: research the company, know what they do, figure out how to tell them how you will fit in. Of course, dress appropriately, be interested, and don't waste their time! (I know this is generic, but it applies)
