They ask you basic questions and regular interview questions. They then give you a script to read like you were doing a cold call and judge you on how you sound reading the script. Great interview though and really liked the managers that were interviewing me. There were two managers interviewing me and they also ask to see if you are a sociable person who can hold a conversation. Your role will be on the phones for the most part so they are looking for people who don't mind speaking to people and can handle objections. Co-workers are great, they hire similar type people with work hard, play hard mentalities.
