Pros: 1. You will get chance to complete the loop if you clear the first round with hiring manager 2. All interview discussions were very good and logical, I enjoyed with medium difficulties Cons: 1. HR wont give you right feedback 2. They may tell you, final Go or NoGo call is not done but your most of the rounds are positive 3. If No News it means Bad News 1. Screening round with Hiring Manager 2. Design Round / Code and System design 3. Product Thinking 4. Project Management 5. Leadership / People Management 6. Hiring Manager Round Results will be out only if you are selected
