I applied on their website and received a call from HR two or three days later and scheduled a phone interview the next morning. The interview question include how to detect hack for a paypal account and what kind of fraud paypal may face, from the seller side and from the buyer side. Also, I was asked if a customer creates a new paypal account, how to decide the information he provide is real when the customer only gives an email address.

It was good. Smooth and easy. Manager was helpful and friendly. Nothing to worry. We must be well prepared and know the process in depth. Should be confident to answer.

Entretien
First was phone interview, easy enough the woman briefly asked me on my cv and what do i know about the company. Than a few weeks after was interview in person. Very detailed, about ur previouse experience, problems and how u dealt with them, need to have at least one example for each question, better 2-3 and more. Also would be benefecial if you know someone within the company who can recommend you. As ive been asked about it.
