There were a great deal of applicants and I was contacted for a prescreen interview to allow HR to decrease the number of applicants that would meet with the hiring manager. All of the questions were behavioral type questions. Be prepared to answer questions that are related to motivating your agents, how you encourage your agents to accept change, and why you want this position. My interview ended up starting late, which is not usually typical of interviews at PayPal but the interviewer was apologetic. The work culture appeared to be light hearted and fun as there were games posted on the walls.
