Required to undergo a number of interviews (around 6 rounds or so) with various members of business (both legal and non legal). Process was quite slow. On the plus side, got an insight into the culture, expectations, and people.
3 rounds with legal counsel and ops, asked questions about advisory experience and ability to deliver complicated messages. Also discussed prior experience with compliance and regulatory work. The interviews were scheduled easily and good spacing between each.
Informal setting and broad questions. Many rounds of interview (2 weeks interval in between at times). HR is friendly and communicated well when questions were asked on feedback/progress. First round interview with HR followed by hiring manager.
