Expect to be ghosted even when they find you and email you. The recruiter ghosted me twice. For one position they found me for and ghosted me after I provided my availability. And the second time after a recruiter call where I was urged to provide my availability for a hiring manager interview as soon as possible

There were 3 interview rounds. It started with a portfolio round, followed by a Data Analytics round, completed with Hiring manager round. The first round was more focused on the past projects, methods, etc. The next round was meant to gauge my analytics skills. Questions about basic stats were asked. Finally the hiring manager asked a bit more about my experience, how I see PayPal as a good opportunity and told me about the role.

The questions in the first and third rounds were majorly about my past work, it's impact, and the methods I chose (and why).
The HR did not have any time to listen. It was one sided conversation so it felt very rigged. I am annoyed at Paypal and its agents. It feels like the system went into a black hole. Not recommend.
