Horrible Day... Weekend drive as usual, though HR will call you up and fix up the meeting at defined slot, but that is just waste. You will be asked to wait like anything. 21st Jan 2017, drive, atleast 4 candidates waited for nearly 6 hours to get the first round done. Also there were few people who came through references, they cam late but had all there rounds within 3 hours. In the end most of panel already left, just 1 -2 interviewer's were left, and they were simple asking 2-3 quick questions without giving any time. they were more or less in a hurry of leaving as well. Not managed properly by HR team, and this is the general behavior that happens. HR will never updates you about your candidature as well. If you are coming for the interview, be prepared for whole day, and end of the day you might leave within 5 minutes of your interview.

Got call from HR for interview for weekend. Then after reaching there have to wait for 1 hour then call for online test. Which was like random test without any clear details. Next they asked to wait for another hour, then I was called for interview, guy started asking about my details they my technical strengths then he asked when you completed your IIT, I said there is some confusion and after checking i found HR provided wrong resume to interviewer. Then he went out of room i kept sitting there for 1.5 hour without any clue that what happened. After that a young kid came to take my interview. He started with few algo questions which i explained him in deep even cleared his doubts about how we should calculate complexity. He was too young for asking me also so it was ok. Then just while interaction he found someway that i never worked on database. Then I realized he took those algo explanation as insult and in revenge he kept asking DB questions even after telling him many times I dont know DB. They are conducting huge drives every weekend but fail to manage interview. They are interviewing people to reject, not to hire. They earned lot after 8Nov so now just wasting money.
