First they call you to see if you are interested in working full or part time. Then, after a week, they call you to see if you can come on for an interview. You have a one on one conversation with the manager who gives a tour of the facility and then takes you to his assistant to go take a drug test at a facility.

I had to come in for 3 in person interviews and do a project that I was expected to spend 3-4 hours on. For what the position paid it seemed a bit overboard. Also I was canceled on for one of my interviews when I arrived
