Applied online first and was shortly contacted to schedule an in-person interview with the store manager. They were not prepared for me on the scheduled day but I was interviewed anyway with easy questions. Had to wait about 30 minutes total because they were not expecting me and the manager had to attend to customers during the interview. The manager was very friendly and gave me a very thorough and helpful description of the job. Asked if I was comfortable being cross-trained in cashier, pet care specialist in the pets hotel, and asked if I was interested in grooming. I said I was interested in pet care associate, pet care specialist and cashier if needed. 2nd interview was scheduled with both the pet care manager and pets hotel manager on the same day. However, only the pets hotel manager was available when I showed up. Was given a great tour and a lot of helpful information, an easygoing interview. Upon finishing, the store manager spoke to me again and asked how I felt about the pets hotel position compared to the pet care associate. I thought it was great and was eager to choose this position over the pet care associate. However, I was then told that the pets hotel pet care specialist was not even available. So I would be a pet care associate and cashier. Then scheduled a 3rd interview with me with the pet care manager again. I decided to cancel the 3rd interview after some thought due to their unprofessional approach and disrespect of my time.
