The interview was a fairly casual in store interview with the GM in his office. The interview lasted less than 30 minutes and focused on previous experience both with pets and in retail. A strong emphasis was placed on the need for flexibility in job title and a willingness to cross-train.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.

very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
