Applied online, Called in 2 weeks later to check on my application and they scheduled me an interview a couple days later. Overall interview was extremely easy, HR interviewer was very nice. Lots of in depth questions, but it was very conversational and relaxed. After the interview he said he would call me for a second interview, 4 days later I got a call offering me the job and I started 3 days after.

Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
