I had one interview with the store manager. He walked me around the store as he was holding the interview. Along the way he greeted every customer he encountered, and if they needed help, he gave immediate assistance.

Fairly standard interview process. Talked about aspirations, scenarios involving customer situations, compensation and bonuses. They have an office with a one way window that they will bring you in to speak to you. After speaking with the hiring manager they will typically wait forty eight hours to give you a phone call. They will ask you to come in for a second interview and offer employment.

Applied online, got a call about 2 days later from one out of about 5 locations I applied to. Set up 1 on 1 interview. Interview was with store manager and was given on the sales floor. Walked around and saw receiving. At the end, store manager said he would forward my information to other SMs in closer geographic regions and would call me later in the week. Never received call and business card did not include email
