Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.
It was amazing. The hiring manager was warm and welcoming, and made the process very comfortable. She was honest about the work environment and she was proffesional, yet real. She had let me know that she didn't have an open position for what I desired, but is willing to accommodate or call me when the next available position is available. We worked something out and I am very excited to start working with PetSmart!

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
