I applied for the job in December and then I got a call for an on-site interview (this call was also an HR phone screening call) in February. It was a standard interview. I met with 2 managers, 1 potential coworker, and HR. Everyone was nice and emphasis on work/life balance. Within a week, I got the offer to start in 2 weeks.
This was prior to the layoffs and everyone seemed uncertain with the outlook of their jobs. I addressed this to HR and they assured me that I would be okay during the company layoffs. I took the offer because I see this as a transition job.

Listed as full time position under their job posting site, only found out in interview that its for an internship. Questions were based around it being an internship as well.

Entretien
I applied online. Several weeks later I was invited to do an online interview where I recorded my response to several questions without interacting with an interviewer. A couple of months later I was rejected.

Entretien
Had one interview that lasted about half an hour. He asked me some practical questions about why I would want this job and about my excel ability. Then I had 3 interviews back to back, each about half an hour where they asked more higher level questions.
