I had a scheduled phone interview. They emailed me and texted me the day before to confirm the time. The day of the interview, HR never called me. I emailed them 15 minutes later and asked if we are still on for the interview. No response. Three hours later I get a email stating they tried to call and said they couldn’t leave a voice mail. There wasn’t anything wrong with my voice mail or my phone because I just had an interview earlier that same day. Asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said no thanks. I don’t want to work for a company that takes no accountability and blames issues on the applicant. I would not want to work here. Steer clear.
