I received a call inviting me to an interview about three days after I applied. The manager read the questions off of a sheet of paper. We scheduled the next interview for the following day. The second interview was more like a conversation; we talked about my pets, work experience, etc. A few days later they called and asked me to take a drug test; I was offered the job as soon as the results came back.

Very short, to the point with questions about yourself and your current career and it requires a phone call with the Salon Leader after the initial interview. You must also speak with the store leader
