Interview with HR was fine and indepth. 2nd round interview was supposed to be a panel of 3 that might as well have been with AI. Scripted questions like - "how do you deal with ambiguity? how do you handle conflict?" with zero follow up questions. Department head that was scheduled to be there didn't show up. they left 1 minute left for me to ask 'any questions that I had'. When the time ran out, in the middle of my questions, they cut the interview at the mark.
