The interview process took almost two months. It consisted of a total of four interviews. First is a video interview, which is by far, the worst part. Then, a phone interview, an in-person interview with your direct boss, and an in-person interview with their boss. They ask traditional star (situation, task, action, result) type of questions. They are very upfront and honest through the whole process. They told me how many candidates They were interviewing, a realistic timeline on when I'd hear back from them, and more importantly, treated me with a lot of respect and dignity. By far the most pleasant interviewing process I've ever had.

Third interview was an in-person with the hiring manager with another series of situational-based questions. Final round interview was a phone interview with the regional manager. Resume walk through and a few situational-based questions. Ask for the job! Overall, positive experience. In total, about a 2 month process.
