It was 4 yrs before, when I was around 3 yrs of exp. Had a telephoning round with couple of people asked for JAVA, JSP, SERVLET, J2EE, some brain teasers , and had a technical F2F, then a telephone round with a US person, followed by a manager interview, HR interviews.

I was asked for design patterns & few problem solving
simple. 5 steps with multiple interviews,
last one panel of course. It all depends on the job position though so may not be the same for all. Just know your stuff
N/A hard to get a job. Non existing. No call backs. Fake postings. Never a response in a timely fashion if at all. Rare to find an opportunity at this business. Need to get a referral or reference to get at least a phone screen. Good luck getting a interview

Entretien
Was simple and done over a Teams call. About 40 minutes. Only the hiring manager was on call with me. No HR involved. Interview done in calm and slow manner. Adjusted time schedule upon my request.
