A thirty minute phone interview took place whereby we discussed my resume, skills, reason for pursuing employment elsewhere. I was scheduled for a first formal interview one week later. In the first formal interview I met with four individuals which included the human resoursce representative, hiring manager and two additional managers. We discussed the position and what the Company was looking for. I was asked various questions regarding the handling of personnel matters. The interviews went well, I believe. I was contacted one week after the first interview and asked to provide three Professional References. One month later I was contacted for a second formal interview. I am awaiting the final outcome.
