I was contacted through an agency that did a phone screening interview first and my CV was then sent to Pfizer. About 4 weeks later I was invited for an interview. It was mostly competency based questions and a few technical/experience questions. interviewers were very professional. It was about 6 weeks later before I received a telephone call offering me the position.
