J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pfizer (Kalamazoo, MI) en oct. 2017
Entretien
I was recruited through my university's career gallery event. There were interviews the day after the gallery. Those interviews were short personality interviews comprised of STAR questions. After that, there were interviews at the location of availability. More technical about the position and the fit of the candidate.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
STAR Questions: "Tell me about a time when you had to convey a vision to a group of people" "Tell me about a time when you failed" "Tell me about a time when you stepped up to be successful in a project with others"
Havnt done the full interview process yet but so far in my second interview my first inter was held at the school with pretty basic behavioral background questions. Overall wasn’t a hard interview lasted for about a hour with two interviewers and just me.
