A Hirevue digital interview over a month after applying followed by a short phone interview about a month after that. Very drawn out process and not much opportunity to make a lasting impression for that length of time

I applied for a position through a newspaper posting. I was called in for an interview. I interviewed with 2 people individually. The questions were fair, the conversation was easy, and made for a really good interfiew.
