Firstly, you need to know whether they need people in specific team or not. Once you know that they need people you can hand in your resume. I would suggest by some people who is working in Pfizer and then you just need to wait for interview. Usually the first interview is from the direct manager and then the regional manager. If they think you are good for this position they will send you to the HR and let them to give you some assessment. Once all done, you will get the offer from HQ and they will negotiate with you about the salary and bonus.

Employer sat me down and asked very necessary questions that gave them a feel of how I would work within the environment. Really made and effort to get to know more about me and what I did in the past. Evaluated my experience to see how I would apply that to this job.
