Applied online to the Summer Student Worker Program through an employee referral. Received an interview request through the staffing agency. Had one video interview with two managers on the team. They just asked general behavioral and resume questions. It was helpful to know details about Pfizer and the oncology landscape in general (I was interviewing for a position on an oncology team).
