attended ashp midyear. using their pps system, I went through 3 rounds of interviews followed by a reception. The conversation was extremely pressure free as if we were longtime friends. the fellows and preceptors were extremely nice. I felt welcome and already part of the team

2) Video interview with lead scientists about research experience, skills, and career goals
3) on-site interview with the team with presentation of your previous work

They will ask you questions about your research background and if you have any experience or interest in the research they are performing.
Only had a quick screening interview, with basic questions (background, interest in the company, ability to relocate, starting date). I was told they would let me know either way but they never followed up

I was reached out by a Talent Acquisition. I submitted the application through the link I was given. Straight forward process: 30 min phone call with the HR -> 30-45 min WebEx meeting with the hiring manager -> full day interview with the broader team, including 1 hr seminar on your research
