You initially have to submit a long written application, then have a virtual one way interview which are standard across your type of job (eg placement interviews) , then you have an hour of learning about the company with all other interviewees over the company, and then a virtual interview with 2 or 3 people. They were generally quite nice, but the questions were often things that you've never had experience of before as a 19 year old with no cooperate job experience.
