The interview process was very well managed and quick. I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a career in the pharmaceutical industry. I don’t have any cons to say about the process

El proceso de entrevista fue bastante ágil y estructurado. Constó de dos rondas, cada una de aproximadamente 30 minutos. La primera entrevista fue con el equipo de Recursos Humanos, donde se abordaron temas generales sobre mi experiencia, motivaciones y ajuste cultural con la empresa. La segunda entrevista fue con miembros del equipo, enfocándose más en aspectos técnicos y en cómo podría contribuir al trabajo diario.
2 rounds. One with HR and one with the team. Questions are based on their 5 core values. Overall, the interview included questions on both experiences I have on my resume and behavioral questions.

Describe a time you use an innovative solution to your everyday problem.
They were friendly and understanding. Interesting questions. Good experience overall. They wanted to learn about things like my long term goals, my experience and what exactly i can bring to the table as far as experience and what not
