4 stages: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Panel, HR Passed all the stages with positive feedback, but got no official answer after the 4th interview. 2 months got by and still no official feedback, negative or positive. HR hasn't replied to my e-mail ever. This behaviour is totally unprofessional.
