Pfizer sent out a vague interview notice that ended up being an info session with about 10 other students. During the session, they gave a program overview and allowed opportunity for questions but did not speak to any student individually, only informing us that we would find out the next week whether we had been selected for an interview. I had to follow up 2-3 times to get a response about an interview selection. During my interview, my interviewer said she just came back from vacation and was visibly completely unprepared for the interview. She said "tell me about yourself" and proceeded to remain silent for the remainder of the interview unless I asked questions about her or the role. Overall, miserable experience, not sure why they would waste anyone's time with an interview when the interviewer is clearly unprepared, and they could have done a far better job of explaining the process and what the interview cycle would look like, particularly as they were dealing with first year law students applying for a non-traditional 1L position.
