Entretien
So once I completed the online questionnaire's and passed the aptitude test (not as bad as it sounds) I went in for an in person group interview (last stage). Involved a group discussion on a work scenario. The group discusses the work scenario and comes to a conclusion. Then the group is split into 2 and you interview the person you are with.

The questions are....1) your experience to date 2) your biggest achievement 3) a time you worked well with a team. 4) an obstacle you overcame. There was no 1 to 1 interview even though thats what I was lead to believe. In the group interview name everyone by name and evaluate why you chose the options given.
3 rounds
First round is a multiple choice assesment over teams
Second round was a group interview assignment over teams
Third round was a one-to-one interview with a lead process technician

Entretien
The interview was scheduled within 3 weeks.
Overall the interviewers were very nice and explained the role so that I am clear. They were mainly curious about my reason for applying for this role.

Entretien
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
