J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pinterest (San Francisco, CA) en août 2016
Entretien
It was one of the best experiences I have ever had while interviewing for a company. The recruiter was very warm and answered all my questions very patiently. The interview was itself very pleasant and the SF office is beautiful. I'd rate the interview as slightly above average in difficulty.
After the phone screen I was called onsite where they gave me a goodies bag as a token. After the interview went well, I got the news that they will make me an offer. Since I had a couple other offers, they made me the best offer of all the offers I had.
While making a decision for which company to join, they gave me ample time to decide without trying to push me to make a decision quickly. I was working with another recruiter from the SF "fast growing" company who downright got rude when I asked to meet the team before making a decision.
I felt so welcomed and got treated so well by the Pinterest's hiring team that it played a huge role in me choosing to go with their offer.
1st round technical phone screening with in 1 hour.
One follow up question was asked.
The problem was not too hard, but it requires you finish really fast without bugs.

Recruiter call, tech round, onsite and rejection call. They sent me an email about a week after the last onsite and asked me to schedule a call on the same day. I scheduled a call to listen 30 second long rejection notice. A half of interview rounds were horrible. Interviewers were not prepared and arrogant.

Good experience not the best outcome. Was 1000% sure I completed all coding and sys design but was told didn't get enough signal for the competency round. Overall very organized but not very satisfied with the response.
