I was contacted by a sourcer for some interesting roles at a time when I was already actively interviewing and looking for a career move. The sourcer was very nice, positive and helped me setup a phone interview next week. The phone interviewer was friendly - I was asked 2 questions (4 sum and implement pow) , I had to compile and execute both and write tests as well. Unfortunately the interviewer did not leave any time for me to ask questions.
After clearing the phone screen, I was hooked up with a grossly incompetent recruiter and thats when the process started going downhill. As i mentioned i was actively seeking a new opportunity and getting emails from multiple recruiters every day and connecting with a couple every week. This person was very inefficient, took 2-3 days to reply to emails even though I had cleared the phone screen and was a great fit for 3 open positions. In the time, this person helped me setup an onsite - I had already received 2 great offers -> i wanted this process to move fast. I communicated this before and during the interview, however the recruiter took 5 days after the interview to get back with positive feedback. Of course since I had other offers, I was looking for numbers, the process dragged on because of lack of communication from recruiter and I ended up accepting one of the other offers. Recruiter got back to me 10 days after interview that they wanted to interview all candidates before they give me an official offer. colossal waste of time. The onsite was standard, this was the only place i did not get an email with interviewers name, time slots etc before the interview. I had 5 rounds - 45 mins each. the coding problems were very interesting and challenging and solvable in the time available. Hiring manager round was ok. Free food but not as good as other SF companies i interviewed at :)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
4 sum , implement pow - phone
NDA onsite, solvable coding challenges, would say leetcode hard - questions are not in leetcode. workable with some thought. domain knowledge questions

Good experience not the best outcome. Was 1000% sure I completed all coding and sys design but was told didn't get enough signal for the competency round. Overall very organized but not very satisfied with the response.

The interview process was well-structured and included an initial recruiter screen, followed by technical rounds focused on data structures, problem-solving, and system design fundamentals. Interviewers were professional and communicative throughout. Although I wasn’t selected for the role, the experience was positive and provided helpful insight into areas for further growth.
