Interview process was a bit clunky as the recruiting team seemed a bit unorganized moving me through the hiring process. Started with a screening from the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager who seemed to be on their phone while interviewing me?? Strange. They moved me forward for the panel interview (3 interviews back to back) but I decided not to move forward since I accepted an offer from another company.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.
