I had a referral for the role, and over 2 months, I did 5 interviews with different individuals and got to the final round. I also did a task which was to write a 1,000 word piece of work. One week after the final interview, I was sent a rejection email with no specific or constructive feedback. I asked for more feedback and didn't get a reply.
