J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Primark (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2016
Entretien
Casual and straightforward. Interview questions are standard and at most require common sense. The majority of the time, whoever is given an interview is given a job. Primark make a point of taking down the holiday you have planned already due to the fact that you are not allocated holiday during your 3 month probationary period. So this is something to consider. Simple questions like "why primark?" and "give an example of when you have exercised exceptional customer service?" are to be expected.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Primark (Plymouth, Angleterre) en juin 2025
Entretien
The interview took place in person and lasted just under an hour. There were two people in the room—one conducted the interview while the other observed and took notes. I was asked a range of questions focused on resilience, teamwork, how I handle challenges, and what good customer service means to me, including whether I’d experienced it myself. They also asked what I knew about Primark as a company, so doing some research beforehand was useful. The process was structured but not too intimidating, and both interviewers were professional and polite.
