J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Primark (Cardiff, Pays de Galles) en juil. 2015
Entretien
I received an e-mail after a few days and the interview process was very easy and straightforward. He read from a list of questions. I remember questions like asking what you should do if a customer wanted something from you at the same time another thing fell on the floor (health and safety) and answering that you would address the customer and politely ask them to pardon you for a moment as you sort it out. Or a question about finding a dress for a customer and the right answer is definitely going to the stockroom and if you can't find it and it's not in any other stores, you look for a dress that's an alternative to the dress. It was all easy and they offered me a job on the spot.

Question 1
A customer wants something from you and at the same time there is something on the floor risking the safety of the other customers, what do you do first? (or something similar to that)
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
