if got the place go to the induction day where you sign your contract and learn more about the company values, policy and rules.
After testing the theory they go into practice making you starting in the shop floor explaining you how to use the tills, filling, coverings, returns etc.

I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.

The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
