It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.

Got called for interview and got phone call three days later to say I had been accepted. Interview was easy and was asked why do you want to work here and bring in examples of other jobs on how to deal with a customer
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions

-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
