I had a brief interview with Gary the store manager. The interview was fine - general questions, nothing of note. The process was very and smooth from what I recall, it was more of chit-chat than interview to see what you are like and how you will fit into the primark team.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
