1st stage phone call, 2nd stage teams interview with 2 recruiters- some competency based questions. Overall interview last 4o minutes. They then said they ll let me know within 2 days but nothing, they ghosted me and I even reached out via LinkedIn to both but they never got back to me with any feedback. Did not even bother to send an automatic email. Very disappointing considering people take time off work or uses spare time to attend interviews. Probably not very organised as a company and very unprofessional recruiters. Very poor and disappointing experience
