I completed the online application which was fairly easy. I got a phone call for an interview a week later the day after I was being interviewed. The questions were easy and the manager was very nice and polite. 2/3 weeks later I got an offer and I'm going for an indiction on Saturday which i will be paid for so all good and I'm really glad this company has offered to take me on.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
