      Entretien

      The first interview was with a Talent sourcer, which is primark stern for recruiter. The recruiter was on time to the call. Was super engaging and enthusiastic. It was a really good flow. She followed up with emails and her communication was on point. I had a good feeling about the company overall from this first impression. When we scheduled for the second interview, the second interviewer was a Talent Acquisition professional which appears to be human resource. This person didn’t show up to the second interview. I sent them an email and when I thought no one was coming I wish them luck. 45 min after the interview was suppose to start , I get a call and an apology. We rescheduled , they confirm one time verbally with me , when I got the email it was 2 hours after we agreed on. I accommodated it. The second interview was okay. A different approach to the interview, definitely more of a corporate vibe. Gave me great advice at the end. Had a third interview. Was suppose to be with the store manager and people of culture manager. When the interview began only the culture manager was able to do the meeting. The meeting was very short. I wasn’t sure if it was because both interviewers had different set of questions or if I was just not a good match, but we ended the interview with the understanding that I would know the following Tuesday , latest the following Friday. I sent them a thank you email expressing my gratitude. No response. I waited all the way until Friday evening ( now) and not even a email saying thanks for my time but we’re going with a different candidate. Overall I’m not sure if I was a fan with all these interviews. They asked more or less the same exact questions and I don’t think they were the most organized in the way they executed interviews. The floor manager position is apparently a brand new position in the company but it seems as though they have a lot more responsibility then the assistant manger ; who is a higher position and seems to just have the responsibility of sales and inventory. This is me judging and reading the description for both positions from LinkedIn.
